Throughout my career I have also been humbled in supporting other teachers in their development. Working at EF Education First, as a supporting manager and teacher trainer I observed and gave feedback to teachers on classes and all round professional development.

Now as a kindergarten teacher, I have continued to do class observations. I have also done observations and feedback of the documentation of student learning.

In the 2024-25 academic year, I am currently mentoring a colleague through the iQTS program at Canterbury Christ Church University in the UK.
